Indigo Bridge Grand Opening
I’d like to thank Susan over at Indigo for giving me the heads up on their upcoming Grand Opening, which will take place November 7–8 (Friday and Saturday). I don’t know any specific details about the event at this time, but I will continue to fill in the blanks as I learn more.
One thing I do know is that Cultiva has happy hour on Friday and Saturday nights from 8pm to close. During which time you can get an 8 oz. latte for $1. So, at the very least stopping by in the evening during the grand opening will score you a delicious latte for a buck. Additionally, if you are looking for a place to kill some time, or chat with friends, there is usually plenty of seating in the little room towards the front of the store. Ivy is particularly fond of the room’s beautiful woodwork.
*Update*
Thanks to Jason for scrounging up some more details on the Grand Opening:
there will be giveaways, free drip coffee in the morning, and music for the kiddies. What’s more, all of the days’ profits will go to support work being done for a home for former street boys in Peru.
Update on all of the rentals at Spindle, too: Jon bought ‘em. Spence isn’t there as manager any more, and the guy who used to run it is back. And he said they’re going back in the Cultiva location on South Street? So many changes!
